정보통신망법 위반 혐의로 강남패치 운영자인 회사원 A씨(24·여)를 불구속 입건. 같은 혐의로 한남패치 운영자인 무직 양모씨(28·여)를 불구속 입건.
강남패치는 유흥업소 여성 종업원들의 개인정보를 폭로하는 소셜네트워크서비스(SNS) 계정.
한남패치는 유흥업소 남성 종업원들을 대상.
경찰은 이들이 허위사실을 유포한 것으로 보고 있다.
현재 강남패치 등 문제를 일으킨 계정들은 폐쇄된 상태.
경찰 관계자는 "피의자들은 수사기관이 해외 SNS를 추적할 수 없을 것으로 착각하고 범행을 저질렀다"며 "강남패치의 공범 B씨의 뒤를 쫓고 있다"고 말했다.
